After seeing a podiatrist who couldn't figure out what was wrong, Dr. Patterson knew exactly what was wrong and started a treatment plan to fix it.

When I needed surgery on my ankle, it was only fitting that I went to an ankle specialist. Dr. Jason Patterson repaired the fracture (with plate and screws) and the reattached the torn ligaments. On my 6-week Xray, my ankle joint showed full return to its normal anatomy.

Dr. Patterson may be a good doctor but his beside manner was atrocious. This was my very first visit going to see him and my 5 year old came along with me. We are both vaccinated and decided to wear our masks to be courtious to the full waiting of mostly older patients. The first thing he did after walking in and saying hello was looking at my 5 year old and asks him if he likes wearing his mask. Then he proceeds to tell MY son that the mask does not help or keep him safe and he did not have to wear it. The first few minutes were that.....vs just being kind and helping his patient out. I was floored! My poor 5 year just looked at me and kept his mask on. Who is he too feel he can say those things to my child. I'm trying to teach my son to be a kind, courteous human and he walks in and says all these things. He was arrogant with me and I felt as though he did not take me/my situation seriously. I will take my business and money and give it to someone who deserves it!

My son was referred by Dignity health urgent care to cast his leg. I had the X-ray and diagnosis with me and when I scheduled was told it would be $250 for a cash pay. When we arrived we were told that $250 was just a deposit and would be refunded. However that was not the case. The office visit consisted of the Dr looking at the X-ray I provided and said that he needed a boot instead of a cast and to follow up in a month. I was told the boot would be $90 and when I went to check out. They charged me $300 for the office visit!! I asked for the supervisor to see why it was that much when I was misinformed and they would not adjust anything. They also charged me for extra for an emergency visit since it was scheduled the day before. They said the scheduler didn’t know anything. This is an extreme hardship for me.

HE OPERATED AND THEN GUIDED HER THROUGH RECOVERY AFTER INCREDIBLE REPAIR WORK IN SURGERY. HE IS A CONFIDENT, YET HUMBLE DOCTOR AND WENT AFTER HOURS more than once to advise and then manage her intense surgery and pain . I can't say enough good about him.

Dr. Jason Patters is truly an amazing physician as he has treated me for over a year now for a serious injury to my peroneus brevis tendon as well as fracture foot. Dr. Patterson and his staff always provided top notch care and responded in a very timely manner with questions or concerns. I have also used their physical therapy center where again, highly skilled staff provided the best care. This past year was very difficult with this injury but knowing I was in the very best hands made it much easier!! I have to also give a shout out to their stellar surgical unit where their team is incredibly upbeat and made me feel at ease about the entire process. My daughter has been treated at the same facility as well and again, nothing be the absolute best care was provided at all times. Very knowledgeable and friendly. A good doctor. Customer service and patient confidentiality however is not top priority. I sat in a room full of other patients and listened to the entire visit conversations about their results, surgery and financial responsibility. This was shocking to me. When it was my turn the doctor came in and proceeded to go over my x-ray results in a room full of other people, not just staff but other patients. I was shocked and immediately stopped him and asked if we were going over this here? Only then he move me to a private room. Patient confidentiality didn't seem a priority which I believe is very unprofessional and violates ethics. I was very disappointed.

Telemed video dropped my video about 5 min into call. I waited 70+ min for Dr to come on video. Then he called back. At end of call he said I would need to come in to office for exam. I feel as though I wasted my money on this call. Not happy. Receptionist could have just said wait and come in for an appt.
