Dr. Jason Patterson, an Arizona native, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He is well trained on all aspects of orthopedics, specializing in foot and ankle problems and treating acute injuries. He received his medical degree from University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix. Dr. Patterson was fortunate to complete fellowship training at the University of Iowa Orthopaedics, under some of the world’s foremost foot and ankle experts. Under their leadership, he received exceptional training that has equipped him to handle a broad range of common to complex foot and ankle disorders. Dr. Patterson has contributed to numerous research projects within the field of orthopedics that has been presented both nationally and internationally.

He listened to my concerns as this appointment was a second opion for a future procedure at a different location. He is very knowledgeable and mostly agrees with original doctor future procedures.

Dr. Patterson did an ankle replacement for me in 2015 and a revision in 2017. The revision was due to an issue with my bones. Saw him now with a problem with my right foot. Highly recommend him for foot and ankle issues.
I would highly recommend Dr Patterson. Surgery went well and off to a full recovery.
