Dr. Lake received his medical degree from the University of Arizona, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Honor Medical Society (AOA). He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Campbell Clinic/UT-Memphis, where he was elected chief resident. He later completed a foot and ankle fellowship at the renowned Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Lake is passionate about medical education and he has participated in numerous research studies, published several articles, and contributed to numerous medical texts related to the field of orthopedic care.

Dr. Lake is a very professional doctor. He performed surgery on my foot last May and it was very successful. He made sure that my recovery went well and he was always available to answer any of my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Lake.
