Dr. Lake received his medical degree from the University of Arizona, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Honor Medical Society (AOA). He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Campbell Clinic/UT-Memphis, where he was elected chief resident. He later completed a foot and ankle fellowship at the renowned Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Lake is passionate about medical education and he has participated in numerous research studies, published several articles, and contributed to numerous medical texts related to the field of orthopedic care.

Dr Lake is awesome, unfortunately this is my daughters 2nd time having to go but I wouldn’t have her see anyone but Dr Lake. She is a ballet dancer and is in good hands with him. He listens and is very thorough. Thank you Dr Lake
Dr. Lake is very knowledgable and took the time to discuss my (ankle) situation with me - and he explained it in detail so I could understand! He is also very personable, I had a great experience at my appointment.
Dr. Lake is prompt, professional, and thorough in his examination, treatment, and follow up.
Dr. spent time with me explained what he wanted to do. And approved having an MRI for my foot and ankle. Worked with him when I worked at Banner Gateway Hospital. Good surgeon.
Dr Lake was very informative Answered my questions He asked me to call Wynona to set a time for surgery. The number goes to VM . I left a message 3 weeks ago and another 2 weeks ago. I have not received a call back. Feeling very frustrated. Very disorganized If this is an indication of follow up care, I think I’ll have to go elsewhere
I love it when I go see Jason. He is always in a good mood, speaks to you like a normal human being, and explains your injury possible fixes, and gives you hope for a positive recovery from your injury.
Him and his staff are great. But, your ph system gor reaching someone to make a appointment sucks! Then I tried your online appointments site. That was worse and that's saying something. Ended up calling Dr. Freed's office # because it was a different # and got through in 5 minutes. Cant imagine the business you folks are loosing just because people cant make a appointment.
