Dr. Hurd completed undergraduate coursework at the University of Notre Dame and received a medical degree at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. He received his fellowship training from the New York Hospital for Joint Disease and is board–certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine.
In addition to his practice, he also serves as a clinical assistant professor of surgery at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine.
When he is not working, Dr. Hurd likes to spend time with his wife and three children, playing golf, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors.
