Efficient with transforming medical needs into immediate follow-up: requested EKG for heart tracking, nurse completed on the spot in less than 5 mins; per responses to initial check in, Dr requested blood draw prior to his check up; draw completed within 5mins; both nurse and phlebotomist were highly competent. Dr had immediate access to my condition, asked revealing questions that got right to medical concern, described what steps to take, walked me up to scheduler and informed what tests to set up, and was fully scheduled and out the door. Excellent experience.

Dr. Klein's bedside manner is superb. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while discussing your care. My father's cardiologist, who works for another practice wasn't able to take me as a patient do to insurance contracting. So when I asked him who he would recommend, he said hands downs," I want you to see Jason. He is great and he will take great care of you." And he was correct, Dr. Klein is excellent.

He has been my cardiologist for years. I recently moved to another city over 1 hour away and switched cardiologist to a closer location. Soon afterward I switched back to seeing Dr. Klein. I trust him. I'm OK with driving that distance and back to continue benefiting from his care.
