I recently underwent shoulder surgery performed by Dr. Jason Higgins of OrthoLa, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Higgins demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and compassion. The consultation process was thorough and informative. Dr. Higgins took the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and address any concerns I had, which put me at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the level of care I received was outstanding. Dr. Higgins and the surgical team were highly skilled and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Post-surgery, Dr. Higgins provided clear instructions for recovery and was readily available for any follow-up questions.

He is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. However, I had to wait over an hour to see him for only 10-15 minutes.

He did a great job answering all of my questions. It was a great visit.

They put me in my room and I saw the PA right away then for half an hour they forgot about me!! They were supposed to come back and put some strips on my cut and just forgot !!! My daughter and I waited almost 1/2 hour!!! And my meds didn’t get sent in, I had to call again today twice so they could put that in, I guess when your in pain , time does matter

Professional , knowledgeable and explain thoroughly. Personally my surgery was such a success as many people have also stated this hospital is the most fortunate to have the best surgeon ever to take care of the many who needs his expertise.

I didn't see Dr. Higgins. I saw his PA, Josh Tabor. I had a total knee replacement. I didn't see Dr Higgins for my pre-op appointment or for my appointment after surgery. I like Josh very much and he's very good but I think I should have seen Dr. Higgins after my surgery to go over everything.

Jason has performed two surgeries for me resulting in ideal outcomes on both. Should I need a third, he’ll be the surgeon performing it.

Had a good experience with Dr Higgins. The only thing that I don’t like about this group is that you have to see several doctors to be fully treated. I do believe they are all great doctors but it’s a disadvantage to the patient.

I go to Dr. Higgins for all of my knees and shoulder issues.

He talked to me like I was something he wanted to scrape from bottom of his shoes. I've been dealing with my problem for 5 yrs now. He doesn't even do right test but gonna tell me that he doesn't think that's what's wrong. I already have MRIs to prove it. Maybe he should have done it too.
