Dr. Hatfield is a kind, professional and compassionate physician. I've seen him for three different problems. He listens to you and explains his treatment plan. Also, a wonderful staff.

We had to wait almost an hour after our appointment time……

Very skilled and competent. Very good at communicating what your problem is or what it might be and then a treatment plan to correct the problem.

Quite honestly, I am dazzled by the friendly atmosphere that exists at TOC. That holds true with the doctors, CRNPs sand every Staff Member whom I have met or observed. It is remarkable and a Model for others in the medical environment to try and emulate. THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Hatfield has worked patiently with me to heal tendinitis in my wrist/arm. When all measures were tried per my request, I had to resort to a cortisone injection. He administered it with such skill and made a painful procedure much easier. I am grateful for Dr. Hatfield and all the folks at TOC.

My first time seeing Dr Hatfield. He did a courtesy for Dr Stanford and looked at my surgery incision that I was worried about. He was very nice and professional and fully assured me my incision was ok and he further explained the process the skin goes through in healing. Thorough diagnosis

I had appt for severe hip pain and Dr Hatfield quickly diagnosed the hip bursitis and joint degeneration. I quickly got an in office steroid injection with a further injection scheduled for next week

If you’re looking for a SUPER STAR for a doctor, LOOK NO FARTHER!! Dr. Hatfield injected my knees about 4 years ago, and I had ZERO pain at the time of injection. I went in today July 6, 2021 and had them injected once again to buy time till I have no other option but knee replacements. Once again, ZERO pain from the injections. This man is truly gifted and I’m blessed to be one of his patients.

My husband did not actually see Dr. Hatfield, after asking 3 times if he could see Dr Hatfield on the same day as another orthopedic dr and it be covered by insurance, when we showed up for this appointment, we were told we would have to reschedule or pay out of pocket. It was not Dr. Hatfield's fault, but due to office staff. They said they will reset the appointment to coincide with a followup with the other physician, so hopefully, it will work out.

The appointment time was considerably delayed. He discussed plans in depth with us then left saying he would be right back. He sent the nurse in instead and we never saw him again?

Always caring, listens to you explain your issues. Explains what your condition is and his steps/plan of treatment. Been using him for many years and he is the BEST!

I've seen Dr. Hatfield for a couple of different issues now. He's always courteous and takes time to make sure I understand the diagnosis.

Dr. Hatfield is always so kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. My kids never mind coming to see him because he is always so kind to them.
