Dr. Dickherber was raised in rural Missouri and obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Louis University. While at SLU, he pursued additional training in anatomy and neuroanatomy that included teaching and research opportunities. He obtained his medical degree from Marshall University where he received Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Society honors. Dr. Dickherber subsequently completed his orthopedic training at the University of Chicago followed by a fellowship at Brown University in hand, upper extremity, and microvascular surgery. During his training Dr. Dickherber contributed to numerous publications, book chapters, and presentations on a variety of orthopedic topics with a focus on hand and upper extremity conditions. Dr. Dickherber provides comprehensive hand, wrist, and elbow care with a particular interest in upper extremity nerve and fracture reconstruction.
Outside of the office, Dr. Dickherber enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, the outdoors, and staying active. He is excited to join the Foothills region and looks forward to helping his community maximize function.
