Very helpful he listened to me as to what has been going on.

When I arrived the waiting room was pretty full so I expected to wait a long time. I was called to the exam room within minutes. The dr came into the room very quickly then we discussed why I was there. I was positive I would be sent for CAT scans and MRIs . That didn’t happen. Dr Chesney used a scope and we talked about my options. A simple prescription was all I needed. He could have made my life chaotic with numerous tests wasting everybody’s time but he didn’t. I wish all doctors were like him. Thank you, Dr. Chesney. Praying it all works out.

Apparently, today's appointment was not really necessary. The bumps inside my ear where common and will be ignored unless they become a problem. The doctor spent all of 5 minutes to make the call. Oh, well at least it's something simple.

We had our initial appointment with a different doctor who recommended our child to get tubs...Dr.Chesney asked to evaluate our child before scheduling surgery to ensure tubs were in fact needed. At first I found this very odd as our child was already evaluated by their practice but once we had our appointment with Dr.Chesney he made the reasoning so crystal clear and I was so thankful for his reevaluation! Knowing my child's age and the time of year of the constant ear infections Dr.Chesney wanted to see my child's ears personally as what my child has gone through seems to always be in the fall/winter months otherwise we don't have issues so

He listens to my concerns and acts on them. He has a good bedside demeanor.

Doctor Jason Chesney is very kind and personable. I took my son, who is Autistic, and it was a comforting surprise to find that Doctor Chesney is also a fast thinker with no room for frivolous series of trial and error type tests, during which my son would likely need restraints. He seemed to really listen to myself and my son to see what my son would be capable of. Doctors like this can be difficult to find, especially when you have/are an autistic patient. It was a pleasure working with him

Our child is always upset at doctors offices and doesn't make it easy for doctors. However, Dr. Chesney is always respectful of our child, patient, and very polite. We really appreciate the care he provides our child.

I was referred by my cardiologist, who had found no cardiology cause for my jaw pain. I think Chesney did his job competently; he was pleasant. It took him about 3-5 minutes (or perhaps even less) to discern no sign whatever of anything needing his attention. I believe his null diagnosis was correct. For this I was charged $100, above what my insurance was expected to pay. Not worth it.

While I appreciate and respect Dr. Chesney’s medical opinions, the delivery was lacking in compassion and a bit condescending. It came across as though we were wasting his time to seek his expert opinion, despite concerns raised to us by other physicians regarding our child’s health.

He’s too fast. Abrupt, pushy, seems too busy to take time for you. Especially to process what he’s saying and ask questions to make the best decision. I spend more time waiting for my appointment than actually meeting with him. He is charming and friendly, but fast paced and I’m a quick person too so i can’t imagine how others feel.

I appreciate his explanations of what he was going to do, what to expect, and what his plan for further evaluation and probable treatment is.

Neutral rating however if just rating this visit I would say poor. I only rated neutral because my previous visit was pleasant and very good. This visit doctor was not very compassionate or understanding of my situation and seemed to blame me for the issue I’m struggling with. I cried after leaving the office because I was very upset by his lack of understanding or unwillingness to. He asked me why I didn’t go somewhere else instead of seeing him which I would of thought he would have been please I chose to drive an hour to see him because he was so pleasant at my last visit. Maybe he was having a bad day, I just hope I’m not treated that way again.

He was awesome with my toddler I would certainly recommend him. I would have liked to ask questions but as soon as my little dude required my attention doc was out. I'm confident that he would have taken the time had I asked for another moment or two but my entire focus was on my toddler and it was too late by the time I was able to refocus on the tests and the information I had just been given.

Two of my children have seen him for different reasons. One had severe sleep apnea and needed his tonsils and adenoids out. My daughter failed her school hearing test. Dr. Cheney was great with both of them.

Quick visit - discussion was brief. Reminded him that he made a referral last year, at first there was no recollection. Reviewed notes, realized that indeed he had. Made arrangements for another consultation. Records should have been reviewed prior to visit.

Seemed very nice, didn’t spend more than 15 mins. With him. Office a bit of a maze. His nurse seemed very reserved which had her come off as unfriendly.
