After waiting an hour to be seen, I did not receive a diagnosis on why my ear is having sensitivity to loud noises. I also did not see Dr. Spector. Front desk was not apologetic for the weight, but the nurse that checked me in was wonderful with a great bedside manner.

Had the appointment but saw a PA instead. She is very good but why do you say that I will see a Doctor and then never do
May-2025
Excellent care.
Apr-2025
Thorough. Didn’t feel rushed. Took a good history of symptoms & treatments. Knows how insurance works for treatment options. Seems up on current study results. Only negative is the wait time.

PA and surgeon are knowledgeable and on par. Rest of experience from scheduling appointments, to get calls back from nurses regarding patient pre and post surgery takes multiple phone calls to get a response. My son had surgery and getting call back or answered regarding issue with pain after is unexcuseable.
