While in his undergraduate studies, Smith worked for Family Practice Center – first on the maintenance crew, then as a courier, then as a medical assistant at the Herndon location. He then attended Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated in 2020. That was followed by a year of residency training at Centra Lynchburg Family Medicine Residency. Smith then completed the remaining two years at Geisinger Lewistown Rural Family Medicine Residency and worked his continuity clinic at the Mifflintown Family Practice Center. Dr. Smith has a wife and two children (son and daughter) and loves spending time with them. They love being outdoors (hiking, hunting, fishing), going to Knoebels, watching Penn State Football and whatever else comes their way.
