I was not warm & fuzzy about my visit. Time is money, I get that, but cold visits are disheartening! I was given a medication that has more side effects than helps, and dangerous, I was not happy. The staff is in such a hurry, where is the compassion for the client?

First time meeting him, he took the time to explain the heart's anatomy and just what my probem is. My wife is a retired CCU nurse and kept telling me we are going to see the cardiologist because of what she observred, I didn't want to believe what she was telling me. Now I do.
