Super professional and quick. I’ll be using him for my reversal as well.

Since he has taken over for my former urologist, I have met him face to face only one time. I have had a pre cancer that led me to seeing a Dr. and that problem hasn't even been brought up. I was told in January that I needed an exam in six months. I show up, they draw blood and send me on my way. If you question anything, some of the staff acts like you don't have that right. I actually had one smart off to me because I questioned something. I am currently looking for a different urologist/facility that will take concern in my health.

Your nurse needs to be thorough and talk to the patients, I did not know what to do, it was my 1st time there. I was in the dark as what to do. Didn't talk..... Wasn't that friendly either.

Always takes time to answer my questions. He is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

He sits down and discusses things with you. Not in a huge hurry.

Great people to do with. Would highly recommend. My prognosis wasn't what I had hoped for,but they definitely know what to do,to help you.

I was seen by an assistant of some type. Also very disappointing. I paid a co-pay to see Dr. Cox, not to be handed off to an assistant.
