As always Dr Pierce was professional but still personable. You always have the feeling that she cares about you as a person and not just a patient.

Dr. Pierce Came in room and since I had seen various other employees I did not know she was the Dr., she did not introduce herself and she was extremely abrupt and almost rude and only started to be “ nice” 3/4 of way into visit. I didn’t expect to make a friend but courtesy is something I do expect. My dry eye complaint was briefly mentioned. She was also rude in her manner when she found out I had never had my eyes dilated. I am second guessing my decision to continue. I have an appointment with the surgeon this week and am now questioning my choice of providers. I will see the surgeon and then decide if I will have the surgery there. I researched this practice thoroughly and I am attempting to not judge the entire practice by this experience. I will not see her again and will change offices if I continue with SW.
Dr. Pierce may be wonderful but everyone is anxious when they are dealing with vision issues . I am retired from medical practice so I know positive vs negative
