Appointment was for 8:40 was seen at 8:50 which was a reasonable wait. Everyone was polite and did their jobs professionally and efficiently. Dr. Pierce, as usual, takes all the time that is necessary to answer your questions and concerns.

Appointment was 10:15. Initially, the front desk couldn't find it. At 11:00, I was seen by an associate & 50 minutes later, by the doctor. Never received the usual text reminding of my appointment, so I believe it wasn't on record. I displayed the card and was only told (repeatedly), "We got you."
