Dr. Janelle Agosto-Marquez, M.D., a dedicated and experienced OB-GYN, was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She graduated magna cum laude with a major in biology from the University of Puerto Rico before earning her medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University in 2003, where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. During her time at medical school, Dr. Agosto-Márquez was actively involved as a member of the admissions committee and served as the student council president.
Dr. Agosto-Márquez completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Parkland Memorial Hospital, UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, in 2007. Following her residency, she worked as a private practice physician in Newark, Delaware, before relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she has practiced for the last 15 years.
Her areas of clinical interest include high-risk obstetrics, preventive gynecological care, perimenopause and menopause management, and the evaluation and treatment of vulvar pathology. Dr. Agosto-Márquez has a particular passion for working with adolescent patients, especially in the areas of teen pregnancies and adolescent gynecological care.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Agosto-Márquez is an active member of the local medical community, committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for women of all ages. She speaks fluent Spanish, which allows her to connect with a broad range of patients.
Outside of her medical career, Dr. Agosto-Márquez enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and staying active as a sports mom. She also makes exercise a priority in her life to maintain a healthy balance.

She was kind and compassionate. She was thorough and listened and gave me options for treatment.
The doc came in -not my doc. I explained i thought i was here for hrt check and to go over my progrrss. Instead she seem to not want to deal with that & suggested I make an app with my real doc. ??? I agreed to the wellness check but not the papsmear (I already had one in January) they couldn't find the order results .During the pelvic examined the chaperone who came in, had a lap top , she never made eye contact with me , did not introduce herself, say hello, and stared at the wall. The entire time, except when she was looking at the computer very uncomfortable. I would rate her chaperone a 1. Over all i left in tears. Feeling aweful and never wanting to go back.

Worts doctor ever. She doesn’t even know what she is doing or saying! Never ever want to see her again. Didn’t even let me speak. Un professional. Ridiculous. Don’t go with her! Stay away!!!!!

Absolutely love seeing Dr.Agosto-Marquez. She is great is making sure I am understood with my concerns and was amazing during pregnancy and now post. She will always be worth the wait time because she remembers the little details and her bedside manner is second to none. I will 100% follow her anywhere moving forward
