He has very good bedside manner. And the procedure I had done I had to be awake during half of it and while it was going on, and I was stressing out of my mind, he talked me through it with such an ease. And a calm voice, it helped calm me down, which I would never have thought was possible.

Very thorough in the questioning, you could actually tell he was listening. I told him I was relocating and he wanted to know if I had made contact with Doctors there. I told him it seemed that the VA was helping.
