I was very pleased with Dr. Jarvis.
Great guy, Dr. Sarvis… However, accesabilty to the LOCAL FACILITY IS ABSURD!!???? Your phone message menu is way too long and way too complicated…I don’t want out of town people to help me… it’s sad that a large parent company from somewhere outside of the entire state has to be reached to get to my local facility. How about fixing this ridiculous problem???

Dr. Sarvis understood my concern and worked me in his schedule quickly. He took the time to ensure I understood my diagnosis and then he developed a treatment plan with me . I appreciate his willingness to speak in laymen terms so I understand and can participate in the decision-making part of my care.
