The only negative was the 55 minute wait AFTER I was brought back. I would have preferred to do all that waiting in the actual waiting room where the chairs are a little bit more comfortable for people with spine issues.

The lady that was filling out my paperwork for fmla was very rude. She questioned me in a way that she didn’t believe that I was in pain . She tried to push the paperwork off. Doctors office just don’t give care anymore it’s all about the money the doctor wasn’t much better at all seen I had weakness in my arm and still no help just want to refer you to physical therapy even tho he hasn’t seen the mri and then said I have nerve pain but won’t take me out of work but except me to go to work and pt also although when I get off work I’m too dam sore if I can even move

There was no discussion regard other possible issue that may be related to back. There was also an issue on my x-ray report that was not mentioned. I feel I should have be advised to follow up with primary care regarding that issue.

This staff in correspondence with the team at Spine Care of Delaware is by far the best in the business bar none. THEY AREN'T ‘TOP DOCS’ BECAUSE THEY’RE ORDINARY PHYSICIANS, THEY ARE THE BEST…. for their attentiveness, care, and knowledge of the body and they make every patient feel like a special human!!! You WILL NOT find this quality of care anywhere!!! You can go somewhere else if you’d like to waste your time but you’ll still end up at FSO to fix whatever you wasted your time on. Dr. Z is one of the best! He did my neck and back surgery. both with positive outcomes!! Also, he listens to the patients needs and will assist in your recovery in any way he can.

Dr. Z was very pleasant. He explained my condition and options thoroughly and easily met the high standards I have come to expect from the doctors at 1st State Orthopedics!

Dr Z was great in explaining what was wrong and how he would help me. The only negative about my experience is it took me an hour to get into a room and another 30 minutes before I saw the Doctor. One plus is that he never seemed hurried while he was with me and I guess that's how he gets backed up.

His was very thorough with his exam. Caring and knowledgeable about his patients. My husband is also a patient, when told about my injury and the pain i was experiencing, he fit me in to hi schedule the same day. That meant so much to me. He gave me advice, had his brace guy look at my brace and made adjustments so it would fit better and give more support.

I love Dr Z. I was disappointed this morning waiting over an hour and a half in an exam room and no one came in to check on me.

I would have given the doctor the highest rating except for having sat in his waiting room for 1.5 hours after my appointment time before I moved to his exam room.

I couldn’t ask for a better back doctor. Most pilot doctor I have ever been too. When four other doctors wanted to fuse me he went above and beyond for me to not have that procedure done. I’m 38 years old major back surgery and I can still play with my kids pick them up enjoy vacations with them. I’m grateful my knee doctor recommended Dr.Z.

He says I have arthritis in the spine. Every one from here to Detroit already knows that. He did not offer any help or advice on how to deal with that or the pain that it causes. Just more test. Then come back in EIGHT WEEKS! I need pain management NOW!
