horrible. no communication. didn't seem to care when I was still in pain. gave me a number to Dr that wasn't existent. told me otc pain relievers are OK but didn't comment on long term use. Front desk disorganized didn't give me Dr. records.

Dr. James A. Rochester began his medical career as a hospital corpsman and paramedic serving 7 years with the USAF, enlisting after high school. After his service, he attended West Chester University, majoring in Biology & Chemistry. He then completed a Cardiovascular Research internship at Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Rochester received an US Armed Services Scholarship to attend medical school at Temple University School of Medicine, graduating with honors. He was granted a civilian waiver to attend residency at Lancaster General Hospital’s Family Medicine Program. This was followed by fellowship training in Obstetrics and later Sports Medicine at US National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Rochester spent 11 years as a medical officer and surgeon in the USAF, in numerous assignments and deployments. His final assignment was as Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University Medical School in Washington, DC.
After 18 years of military service the Rochester Family settled in Lancaster, PA. He spent 2 years in private practice before becoming Medical Director of a small Occupational Medicine practice here in Lancaster. Over the next 18+ years it became the largest and most successful Occupational Medicine Practice in the area. Dr. Rochester brings over 20 years of Sports Medicine and Occupational Medicine experience to LOG.
