First visit to Dr. Patterson- which was a referral from Bouchez Family docs at Costco. Excellent staff - and Dr. Patterson helped me understand my current eye situation , and suggested we wait on any surgical procedures to assure there is a full picture of things, vs just doing a surgery and hoping it all works out. He was very nice and professional but I felt confused. Because he came into the appointment not seeming to know why they were doing the tests ordered and didn’t have much info on why there would be the difficulties I was facing. Overall a fast and efficient experience but wish there was more personality and due-diligence in figuring out the issues.
