Just so pleasant and very informative explaining my issue.

Great "bedside manner." Dr. Higgins explained everything; the pros and cons of surgery, what to expect, what the healing process will entail and then post-operatively, he again went over what to expect. He has a caring nature and made me feel comfortable as well as confident in his abilities as a surgeon. I felt like I was in good hands and would highly recommend him to anyone who has a hand issue.
