I had a fairly early 10:30 am appt. We arrived 10:20 and left at 12 noon without ever seeing the doctor. He entered the room next to mine for who knows how long for another patient before we left. I realize appointments sometimes run over, but this would have been a good 2 hours without some acknowledgment. It’s just poor service ! Unfortunately I’ll have to go elsewhere.

Overall excellent experience. From the initial visit to operation day and post op. Dr. Higgins even set up a video call 2 separate times to answer questions.
