I arrived at 3.05 for a 3:15 appt. I waited until 4:05 to be called to an exam room. There I waited another 15 minutes. My time with doc was short, probably 10 minutes.

Knows my history well. Listened attentively to my concerns. Made suggestions regarding multiple options and will facilitate action at my discretion. Many other medical concerns dominate my life at this time which require that I give great thought to my desires. I appreciate Dr. Higgins’ thoughtful explanations and his support.
