Dr. Ostrander joined OrthoMichigan full-time in August 2018. He worked as a Nurse Practitioner at OrthoMichigan from 2003-2012 before pursuing his medical degree from Michigan State University in 2012. He completed an orthopedic residency at Mclaren Flint in 2017. Dr. Ostrander is OrthoMichigan’s only fellowship-trained trauma surgeon.

Dr. Ostrander is such an amazing doctor. He is so friendly and down to earth. He explains everything and answers all of our questions. I never feel rushed. His bedside manner is the best that I have seen. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Great guy!
Dr. Ostrander is an excellent physician. He takes the time to listen to his patient's concerns. He explains possible treatment plans in a no nonsense manner which can be technical, but able for non medical people explanations they comprehend.
