Dr. Ostrander joined OrthoMichigan full-time in August 2018. He worked as a Nurse Practitioner at OrthoMichigan from 2003-2012 before pursuing his medical degree from Michigan State University in 2012. He completed an orthopedic residency at Mclaren Flint in 2017. Dr. Ostrander is OrthoMichigan’s only fellowship-trained trauma surgeon.

Excellent Trauma Surgeon with a great bedside manner also. I highly recommend him, if your looking for a surgeon! Absolutely the BEST around.
Absolutely fantastic! So thorough, incredibly nice, and spent the time to explain and go over things with my son so he understood what was going on. 10/10!
