Dr. Brian's, an excellent physician and a compassionate caregiver. This practice however, is a disaster. I arrived 30 minutes early as instructed for 11:00 a.m. appointment. I was shuffled between waiting rooms. I did not see the physician until 12:21, so that's a waiting time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. This is totally unacceptable and abusive to the patients who have to visit this practice. I feel bad giving this rating with Dr. O'Brien's picture sitting there but I'm reading the practice not the physician. In order to give good care, a skilled clinician should be surrounded by a support staff that can help them serve their patients. The person taking my vital assigns was cordial and friendly. How are she did not introduce herself or identify her role. I had to ask her and she gladly volunteered that she was a medical technician.
