Dr. O'Brien was having a difficult day with patients backed up over an hour. That said, he was apologetic, professional, ourteous, helpful...all the attributes one can hope for from their doctor. Thumbs up for Dr. O'Brien!

Dr is very nice. the time I waited to see him after my check in was almost 1 hour. I understand you are very but once called into see the doctor, it should not take that long. I have some disabilities that makes it extremely difficult on my body. My back was in extreme pain!! Your chairs are very challenging and uncomfortable for folks who are short. my feet do not touch the floor when sitting back in any one of your chairs. With this type of posture for almost an hour, it is horrible on my body Every appointment with CCA over several years has been a waiting issue. i’m not sure how you can fix this but it should be addressed. Also, I had blood test results forwarded to Dr O’Brien. i confirmed they were sent, but some how they must have disappeared ??Good thing I brought them.
