The staff was very efficient and professional. The interaction between myself and the doctor went ok. I had asked him for a few break and shake ice packs since I was advised to ice my shoulder. He told me they don't have any at all. Which is very hard to believe as ice packs are standard in most first aid kits. Doc prescribed medicine to help the swelling go down and ordered physical therapy. Unfortunately, they aren't able to schedule me for PT for a month which seems unrealistic. Doc also didn't ask me if I've used steroids to help with inflammation in the past even though I mentioned to him my high ana levels. Doctor also didn't ask if I had a good experience in the past taking the medicine prescribed. (Which I did not have a good experience and am hesitant to follow his directions because of this). Overall, he was just ok. I realize the availability for physical therapy within the practice isn't really his fault but it just didn't seem like they want to help me resolve my issue.
