Dr. Nieman completed his residency at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse, New York. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Ohio and is a graduate of the University of Toledo and Fremont Ross High School. Dr. Nieman is a past Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at St. Rita’s Medical Center.
He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and is an active member of American Society for Sports Medicine, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, American Medical Association, and Rotary Club of Lima.
