Waited 35 minutes for him to get into the room. He was in such a hurry that he didn’t even answer my basic questions.he didn’t even read last period’s blood test results. I asked him and he redirected me to the website. Very disappointed! The whole visit took 3 minutes. He used to be more compassionate to the patients.

Needs to use more active listening to understand what the patient is saying. Put aside the laptop and have a conversation with the patient. Be clear with a treatment plan or recommendations.
