Dr. Oelsen has an impeccable manner regarding patient relations. He conveys information in one of the most personable ways I have experienced. He eliminates the stress factor one feels at an appointment with a physician. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone needing urological care.

Did not have significant concern for Left kidney area pain that can be as much as eight or nine and feeling like having to vomit it hurts so much. He didn’t feel like pain was from kidney.
Waiting on appointment for CT scan. But he set an appointment for three months to follow up. Not a good plan to Care for this pain.
History: Left kidney had large abscess 4 years ago. Week in hospital for septic shock. Drained abcess and then 6 weeks of direct antibiotics thru cannula.
Original Urologist said kidney was “toast”. But until there is significant pain we do nothing. He retired 😢.
