VRC would like to officially welcome Dr. James Lin to the VRC Family! Dr. Lin joins us from Montefiore Medical Center where he was a vitreoretinal specialist. He is a member of the American Society of Retina Specialists. Dr. Lin completed his retina fellowship at the world renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Columbia University/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He is an outstanding retina specialist and we are excited to have him on board to continue providing unparalleled retina services to all of our patients!

Professional and caring, Dr. Lin answers all questions and concerns you may have. He describes your medical conditions in an understandable way.
The first thing he asked was what I had come for. I thought this was odd since he had the referring doctors notes on his screen. I had to ask this doctor everything and though he answered my questions, he did not go into detail to explain anything. Not much of a personality and did not seem overly professional or detail oriented.

He is an excellent doctor. I will only use him. Once I had another Dr and I had so much pain. The pain lasted til 4 in the morning. Dr Lin is caring and explains everything.
