Dr. Libby has removed kidney stones from most of my family, including myself. He has always done a great job and is very professional. Thankful to have him in our area.

Someone should teach dr. Libby how to tell time. Hour long wait time is the norm,not the exception.

I arrived for my early with a full bladder a directed. I was informed Dr Libby was "running behind." The counter advised I would be triaged in advance but after 1hr50min I left.

Almost everytime we are there Dr. Libby gets a phone call and dismisses himself and doesn't come back. Needless to say we didn't get our questions or concerns answered. Also 99% of the time, he runs at least an hour late, however this time and was nearly as bad. I find it disrespectful to take a phone call in the middle of an appointment.

Appointments are double booked - Wednesday was 2 hours - most are 1-2. - This is not necessary for a regular appointment- I understand everyone time is valsuable

One of my favorite doctors ever in Atlanta and I am 74 years old

This was one of the most traumatic and unprofessional medical experiences I’ve ever had. Usually, when someone other than the doctor performing the procedure wants to be present in the room, consent is required and permission should be given before a stranger just walks into an exam room while my lower half was uncovered and exposed. I was uncomfortable and felt like I could not say no to having someone I hadn’t been introduced to see my body and be in the room. I had a moment of intense panic after seeing the needle and had it not been for the nurse Christina, i would not have been able to continue. Dr. Libby offered little to no emotional comfort and continued with the procedure despite me asking for a moment to compose myself. I again felt silenced in the moment and felt like i needed to grin and bear it. I’ve been getting Testopel insertions for 3 years and I’ve never ever been bruised and treated so roughly by any other doctor. I won’t be returning to this physician.

Dr Libby was very communicative in explaining what he was looking for and what steps he will be taking to resolve my condition . I do respect and trust him as my Urologist.

Was very rushed. Didn't give me a chance to tell my whole story. Set me up with tests but didn't tell me. I found out when I checked out. After reading reviews I was excited to meet him but now I want to change doctors.

His practice needs to be shut down. His office staff are the rudest in the medical field, from the staff answering the phones to the front counter to the assistants in the back. The AVERAGE wait time after the scheduled appointment is 2 hours. If you have a question after your appointment is done like the next day.... Forget about getting an answer. Let just say they get your insurance info and your co-pay and its " See ya later, CHUMP "

Get them in, get them out. Next. Not looking out for my best interest but his own financial interest. Pushed me toward brachytherapy and imrt rather than prostatectomy because he does not do surgery. One of the worst medical decisions of my life.
