I received wonderful care from Dr. Kyle and the two people that assisted him. All my questions and concerns were addressed. I left the office informed and knew my health was his top priority.

Great dr to relate to
I felt totally unheard and unsupported. I was going because I had a torn meniscus. I walked in and they told me to go into the xray room and I asked why because I had just done X-rays and an MRI in the past two weeks that cost me crazy money. They said I had to to be able see the doctor. When the doctor came in, all he would say was do you want a shot for the pain, if not I can’t help you because I don’t do this. I tried repeatedly to ask for any kind of direction and all he said was I can’t help you. I took a whole day off of work because I live hours away and were to do extra imaging that I will be forced to pay for, for a doctor who would not help me. How did no one at this place notice that I was not there for a knee replacement? Why was I treated so rudely when I questioned the imaging when in the end I’m going to be screwed into paying for something that wasn’t even used?? Which was exactly what I was trying to say. I felt unheard by everyone in this place and just pushed along.
He has a very kind bedside manner. He listened to my issues and made a plan! Very very happy that he was able to see me earlier than what I originally had scheduled!
I saw Mary before Dr. Kyle came into the room. Mary truly saw me! She asked about what was wrong, she showed compassion and care. Dr. Kyle also showed compassion and care, he went over my progress and possible future options.
His NP Ann is wonderful.
