I like Dr Kao, he's professional, well versed in his career, and answered my list of questions. I feel like I'm in good hands.

This was my first time seeing Doctor Kao. He is very nice friendly and was patient with me. He spent time with me going over my symptoms and explaining the tests that I would need to have done

My mom has been suffering from IBS, so I made an appointment with this doctor. As soon as he walked into the room, he did not greet us, but instead was upset and said u changed providers and seemed upset at us for doing so! Then, I was trying to explain to him what my mom’s symptoms were and he rudely would interrupt me multiply times and said I can only do one symptom at a time! Yet everything is related such as indigestion, heartburn, gas, bloating and stomach pain plus anxiety! He roughly and mockingly pushed my mom’s stomach in different areas and said where is the pain? My mom doesn’t speak English that well, so he rolled his eyes and gave her attitude and starting roughy pushing her stomach again! This made both my mom and I very uncomfortable! Then he asked if she had constipation and his remedy for all my mom’s ailments was going to be a laxative prescription!! This is the worst doctor we have ever encountered! Very rude, disrespectful, proud/full of himself! Fire him!

Dr. Kao is a good doctor he research the patients health information prior to seeing them, other doctors they ask instead of doing the research. It’s my 1st visit hopefully he’ll figure out my remedy.

Seemed in a hurry and distracted, not personable at all. Had to stop him as he rushed off to ask about any other things or observations he had. The nurses were great though.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They checked me in quick, were very thorough with all explanations, and provided friendly service. I was out in no time!

He was direct and to the point. Which I appreciated.

Dr. Kao is obviously a very competent gastroenterologist. He ordered tests that hadn’t been done yet. He was very rushed and spoke fast. I felt no effort from him to know me as a person.

Everything went well. Of course I was knocked out. Staff very competent.

Rushed. Not friendly. Nurse Judy was not very friendly. Anesthesiologist was great as was the very sweet discharge nurse.

Waiting too long

Terrific doctor. Got up to speed on my issues quickly, answered all of our questions and followed through later with a phone call with added advice. Very happy!!!!
