Best doctor visit i have ever had. Was called back promptly at my appointment time. Discussed what was needed and was walking to my car 20 minutes later. Very good experience.
Today, November 26, I arrived for my appointment only to learn that my VA authorization had expired back in October. As a result, a new authorization had to be submitted on the spot, which ultimately wasted time for everyone involved. It seems this issue could have been avoided if the authorization status had been reviewed in advance. I would appreciate it if the scheduling process included a check for upcoming authorization expirations so that these matters can be resolved prior to the appointment date. Thank you for your attention to this.
He talked to me and listened to what i said
He listened to me.
had to wait a bit longer than usual - about 45 minutes; he's usually pretty much on time.
Very good bedside manner and very professional. He answered all our questions and concerns and guided us to the surgeon himself for shoulder replacement.
