I didn't think he took my pain and issues seriously. Made very light of it all. Was not happy.

Same result each visit. Minimum medical treatment. Current visit suggested medical treatment advice from another medical physician who is a friend and knows my medical needs.

He was so nice to me answered my question. I felt so comfortable not afraid which I am sometimes. Will tell anyone to go see him.

I had major shoulder surgery that I had put off for years. It went 10 times easier than I could have imagined. I recently had surgery done by him, and it was a better-than-expected experience. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to receive top-notch treatment and exceptional results.

Dr. Hugley had the earliest availability in his schedule, so that's why I booked him. During our visit, he jumped in quickly and started moving my hurt arm/shoulder around. I was startled by his intensity and the difference in care between the NP and Dr. I will go to our follow-up appointment for continuity, but if I have an issue again, I'll want to see someone else.

Very very nice. Didn't have to wait very long. Everyone there is super nice and very helpful. I injured my knee and was having a hard time walking. There weren't any wheelchairs available so they got a rolling stool and pushed me to the exam room. Made me laugh and feel like a kid again. Very pleased with my visit.

Didn't go over my mri with me. He only spent two mins in the room to tell me nothing was torn in my shoulder and couldn't answer why I had pain. Got the disc for the mri and where my pain is wasn't even on the mri. Given medicine and told to go to physical therapy even though "nothing" was wrong with it muscles get tight.

I felt like the decisions for my care were made collaboratively with me but based on his years of training and experience. He made me feel so much better about the medical management for my current physical limitations and how we can improve my current functionality, hopefully, back to my previous baseline.

Just wish the time period was not so long to get to see the Dr. Daily pain is something that needs immediate care. Took almost a month just to see him. Due to the confusion that I was coming for physical therapy. I never was coming to TOC for physical therapy. But some how every time I was called to schedule my appointment to TOC they were telling me my appointment was for physical therapy. I told the person calling that I had been in physical therapy for weeks and had a MRI that showed a torn meniscus and I was supposed to come to TOC to see a Dr. Took more than two weeks to get that clear and in to see the Dr. This pain is bad and nobody should have to suffer weeks to get in to see a Dr because someone can’t understand plain English!!!! Thank Good I finally got in to see the Dr. I’m scheduled for surgery April 7th. 😩😩😩. Per the Dr recovery from the surgery is 3-7 days. If not for the confusion I would be over it by now but I’m still in pain. Not happy with the scheduling.

I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr.Hughey, his PA and the rest of his team. I had carpal tunnel surgery on February 3, 2022, today was 6 weeks since my surgery and my final check up. Keith (Dr. Hughey's PA) came in to the room to check how I was doing. Dr. Hughey came in shortly to see how I was progressing. I would recommend Dr. Hughey and his team any time. They are very caring and compassionate in the work that they do and they listen to me and followed through with a care plan. They are outstanding.

Paid attention to my comments and offered options to alleviate pain going forward w/o surgery.

Wasted a whole morning to find out the same thing my family doctor told me. If they could not tell me anything without a MRI why even set a appointment.

Dr. Hughey is very personable and does not rush through the office visit. He is thoughtful with his explanations and takes into consideration my questions concerns and input thus allowing to a mutual agreement on treatment. I think he sets the tone for a relaxed atmosphere.

Dr. Hughes is my Hero and favorite Dr. He did a Total Shoulder Replacement ~9mo back. I have done amazingly and have been almost pain free from day 1. My range of motion was great 2wks after surgery and today it is better than many people with their OEM parts. He has also done both knees and they are doing great as well. I recommend Dr. Hughes to everyone needing orthopedic care.

Given time of day, the nurse practitioner checked me out, gave me a steroid shot, ordered a second (left) knee brace. and suggested use of ice twice in the area given steroid shot.

The visit was good and done in a timely matter. Check-in was a little annoying, I filled everything out online and the check-in computer tried to have me redo everything again. The PA, Rachel Tynan, was awesome. She should pursue her Doctorates.

He has been very helpful for my issue with my shoulder did the surgery needed to fix it.
