Well, my husband has never seen him. He always is in the hall, and the PA does the exam. Dr. Holtzlaw, previously, did surgery on my husband..

I saw Dr Polsinelli and he was excellent. Didn't rush through the appointment and addressed all of my concerns.

Always professional. Ms.Risa and Ryan are both great as well. Glad they were my healers

Thought he would check my knee but he just went by x ray .The other fella gave me a shot . I thought he would be more of a talked person about things

He is very detailed and knowledgeable about Hips and the replacement of them when necessary

I saw Dr.Holtzclaw for the first time. I always get very anxious when meeting new providers, but that anxiety quickly faded when talking to him. He knows his stuff, and is super sweet. He has a very welcoming personality while remaining professional.

I did not see Dr. Holtzclaw, but received cortisone & gel injections from his PA.

Told me to come back when my issue was bothering me. It WAS bothering me when I made the appt. 3 WEEKS ago. I was concerned and wanted to make sure things were okay so I kept the appt.

Everybody answered all my questions completely and thoroughly I'm looking forward to getting my hip replacement

Caring informative and pleasant will answer your question in detailed if you require .. Some patients don't ask questions but for us that do he accommodates that request. Highly recommend him for his specialty.

Your PA was fabulous but apparently you are a figment of my imagination. The two times I came to see you for my shoulder and my hip. The shoulder you flew into the exam room and the hip I never saw you at all. It would be nice if you at least show your face and act like you care for what you get paid.

Poor communications. Was told after clavicle repair in May2020 that bone was solid with plates installed. 3 weeks after surgery had to open and replace internal sutures due to reaction. At 7 weeks was informed screws had pulled out of plate as I was leaving office from my visit. Was never provided limitations or options for improving healing. I inquired about bone stimulator to get one. I limited myself on movement and lifting per recommendations found on internet. Started taking calcium supplements on my own. In December 2020 was told bone had attached and was healing. Was told I had no limitations. Had a bubble pop up at incision site in March 2021. Went in and had X-ray. Now I am informed I have a non union fracture and bone is not attached!?! Only option to make it right is to start over. The communication and lack of direction from this office is completely unacceptable. I will never go back

First time meeting him. First impression was great. My only problem were he wasn't able too help me with my immediate pain.
