Dr Holt is very caring and spends time listening to patient needs. He is thorough in his examinations.
The wait time in the office is ridiculous however. In my opinion it would keep me from doing further business at ICON.

It was my serum appointment with the young lady that always does a awesome job taking my blood and providing my serum for me as soon as possible with the smile on her face she delivers it to me. She's always a pleasure to see and talk to. Give her my best!

Dr Holt saw me on a Friday after hours to make sure my sudden eye issue was stable enough going into the weekend. I really appreciate the "above and beyond" professionalism!

I have been seen for my eye issues for over 15 years. I always leave frustrated with no answers. Dr. Holt was the first one to actually come up with a plan and make me feel heard. I appreciate him greatly
