Very knowledgeable, and looks for solutions to my eye dryness. He treats his patients like "family". I trust him and the quality of service he brings to his patients.
He actually runs on time.

I was never seen by the Doctor . I waited patiently for about 45 min with very corgal attendants. I then was escorted to an exam room where I wanted for one hour with no patient contact. No one ever contacted me in regards to the wait or potential delays. Upon leaving i was asked if I wanted to reschedule but at this pointing I had spent almost two hours without seeing the Doc and had had enough of being ignored/not informed and left with no further contact with the staff. Needles to say I was very dissatisfied with the entire process. The staff i did interact with were great. I'm not sure were to go from here but if someone would like to contact me by phone I would be happy to discuss the situation. I know I didn't handle it as well as i should have and for that I apologize. Thank you. Doug Lucas
