Dr. James R. Hill, M.D., is a board certified, fellowship-trained neuroradiologist who has specialized in interventional pain management since 1996. He performs fluoroscopically-guided lumbar facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablation; therapeutic cervical and thoracic facet joint injections; cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections; sacroiliac joint injections, branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablations; lumbar, sacral, and occipital nerve blocks; peripheral joint (shoulder, knee, hip, foot and ankle, etc.) and associated bursa injections with cortisone, hyaluronic acid (viscosupplementation), and platelet rich plasma (PRP); as well as multiple other less common injections and interventions.
He enjoys nature, travel, and spending time with his wife and three adult children.

Very nice doctor came out in the waiting room brought me into the examining room walked me back out of the examining room chatting the whole way down the hallway really nice guy
Excellent care with great results Dr Hill is an exceptional Dr and provided me with the best service treatment and safety. He even whillchaired me all the way outside to my car.
He is a phenomenal physician! Right from the start he makes you feel comfortable and shows a genuine interest in you. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers any questions you have. I am beyond happy with the level of care I received from Dr. Hill.
