Doctor was great and very informative. Doctor didn’t do a procedure that was not needed and therefore we were given a refund. Excellent ethics! Thank you. Doctor should make eye contact with the person he is talking to. Thank you for your service. Tanja Duffey
Very professional and caring approach to patients.
He was okay. Not very personable. Didn't come and talk to me after produre. The nurse came and explained what he had found. My produre was right before lunch, so maybe he was just hungry.
I think he fine but I was disappointed that he did not introduce himself to me before the procedure or after. I have never had doctor do this. Just one minute contact would have been nice.
He barely spoke to me or looked at me just asked if I had any questions. I would've appreciated him making me feel comfortable before going into my procedure.
Was on his phone when I came in, no bedside manner didn’t come to see me to give me the update on the procedure after it was done, and the nurse could not answer all my questions
Dr. Kessler was very professional and helpful answering my questions and explaining the process and outcome. I would recommend him and his office to others.
I felt confident in his skills.
I received great care.
I had very little interaction with him. I heard him say, “Oops” and express dissatisfaction with a nurse while I was laying on the procedure table. Then I was given propophal and went to sleep.
