The procedure was handled quickly and professionally.
I was asleep other than the first few seconds of introduction.
Very professional
Awesome, no pain/discomfort after endoscopy at all.
Nice, calm, and professional.
Dr. Kessler was so professional and kind. He explained everything to me after the procedure. This was my first time to this location.
Doctor was great and very informative. Doctor didn’t do a procedure that was not needed and therefore we were given a refund. Excellent ethics! Thank you. Doctor should make eye contact with the person he is talking to. Thank you for your service. Tanja Duffey
Very professional and caring approach to patients.
He was okay. Not very personable. Didn't come and talk to me after produre. The nurse came and explained what he had found. My produre was right before lunch, so maybe he was just hungry.
I think he fine but I was disappointed that he did not introduce himself to me before the procedure or after. I have never had doctor do this. Just one minute contact would have been nice.
