He took the time to come out before and after my second procedure with him, to answer my questions. He heard my concerns and eased my fears. Thank you Dr. Kessler
Dr. Higham-Kessler was professional and competent with an enjoyable personality.
My experience was wonderful, very caring
Great service
Needs to improve on his bedside manner. A little friendliness helps to put the patient at ease!
Unable to really comment. No real interaction.
Great doctor everyone was so nice. Thank you all.😌
Very available for concerns
Dr. Kessler did an excellent job with my procedure.
I gave a four because I was thrown off when in the procedure room, the Dr. asked me if I was there for an endoscopy. Which I was not, then the Dr. proceeded to say “Well good thing I asked” Yea I did not like that at all. Like the Dr. of all people should know exactly why I’m there and what procedure you are set to do on me. I would think the schedule stated what procedure I was there for.
