Fantastic Dr and office.
Did not meet Dr Hawkins, I met with his PA today and she was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions
I LOVE this office..Great Group of Doctors & office workers. I have had appointments here for both knee replacements, neck & shoulders.
As usual Dr. Hawkins spot on with his post op examination and diagnosis of pain and symptoms. I really appreciate his expertise and concern. Dr. Allen Lee
Helpful visit thanks
He talks to me and I understand what’s he means.
I made an appointment for Dr Hawkins but was seen by PA
Absolutely terrible I got there at 3:08. My appointment was at 3:30. I still wasn’t seen at 4 o’clock so I mentioned something and they said they were 45 minutes behind and my appointment would’ve been an hour long so I waited a little longer had been there 15 minutes so I canceled my appointment and I rescheduled and it’s crazy because now they can’t see me until March 9 and I really needed this appointment . But I also scheduled based off of the time I should’ve been out by 5 o’clock. I had to pick up my husband from work so that didn’t work so I had to reschedule because you guys were so far behind.
I expected for James Hawkins to attend me but the other doctor talked me was very nice.
Great listener, compassionate and highly professional.
