Although Dr. Hawkins was informative, he was 90 min late without apology. I left staff a message for scheduling surgery-another 7 days return call although holiday. And today, I have a survey request and have already had surgery. Timeliness in all areas was issue….including billing which I received today.
Very likable person. Dr. Hawkins explained everything the way I could understand.
You said my legs we weak,I forgot to tell you I have been trying to loose weight. I have been able to lose 67 lbs. Gil,
I have had two different and successful spinal surgeries performed by Dr Hawkins. Through the years I have met and spoken with various medical people who have stated that Dr. Hawkins is one of the best in his field in the Phoenix area. He is very caring and creates a congenial atmosphere with which to communicate my concerns. I am very thankful to be in his care. He takes the Oath that he took seriously.
