James is a top notch guy I really don't want him to retire. But I understand that time moves on and I'm glad if he can spend more time with his wife.

Dr. Carson was excellent and he helped me with trying to navigate my wrist issues and my concerns. He ordered the proper testing to test me for carpal tunnel but also knows I have another issue of severe tendinitis and I appreciate his time.

I really liked speaking to Dr. Carson. He made feel very relaxed and hopefully there will be an answer to my leg swelling problems.

Wasted my time with office visits, I have been in pain for 2 weeks now. I described my pain thoroughly, and wanted help, was told I had to see the dr first, then all he did when I came in was order a MRI, waited another week, then I have to see him again to have it read, only to be told that I need to see a pain management person, and they are booked 4-6 weeks out. That will be 6-8 weeks that I will be in pain, with no help at all - but you guys got paid for several visits that did nothing

Dr. Carson has been my primary OAL provider for over 8 years. He is kind, caring, & a talented surgeon who is an expert in his field. It's obvious that he actually does care about his patients!

Competent but could improve bedside manner. Did not greet me or say hello when entering the exam room or introduce himself. There's something to be said for taking 30 seconds to say hello before the examination starts.
