Appointment was on a Monday, and the office was extremely busy, but staff were all friendly, attentive and professional. Doctor Gluck was businesslike, but not dismissive. Answered my questions. He has treated other family members with good results.

Dr Gluck is the Best!! He takes his time with you and he has a way of doing a thorough explanation.

Friendly and confirmed my thoughts after getting the wrong information elsewhere. Thankful for his expertise.

It’s hard to rate someone who came in for 2 minutes. Talked at me not to me. Left. I didn’t even realize it was the end of the appointment. I had no opportunity to ask questions. Staff was nice.

Dr. Gluck is always pleasant. It is easy to get an appointment and he explains the procedure to relieve any pain I might have.

I had an issue with my hand when I woke up in the morning and they were able to get me in for a cortisone shot the same day. We were leaving for a short trip in the morning.

I’m not thin skinned by no means and i understand this is just more of the same thing for you. But don’t shut down a patient. Just to tell them you hear it over and over with a demeaning tone. Might as well told me to shut up.

I wish that he would’ve spent more than 30 seconds in the room with me. But during that time he was friendly enough.

Provided excellent on call consultation to emergency room providers for my accidently injured hand and follow-up to him a few days later was expediently kept by him and staff.

Dr Gluck is patient and listens to you. He goes over the options so you know what you can do about your issue.

I talked to his nurse. Incredibly caring professional. Very happy with visit.

Dismissive of my concerns. His responses were scattered, he talked down to me. Never suggested therapy or other things that might help recovery. Appt with Dr lasted about 5 minutes. My wait time in lobby was 45 minutes so i suspect Dr was running behind.

In my opinion I had to wait too long, but he was a great doctor and took care of my problem. It was 45 minutes past my appointment time before I was in the room to see him.

Great doctor and a good guy!

I was seen a little before my appointment my questions were answered and best yet the pain is now gone.

Very precise, got straight to the point.

Dr. Gluck took the time to explain my carpal tunnel problem, was patient with my questions, and gave me confidence that he was the surgeon to repair my nerve problem.

Wish he would ask if I had any questions instead of just looking at the X-ray and saying splint and it will need physical therapy and long road. Nice Doctor other then that.

Straight forward and honest evaluation.

He gave me the pros and cons of carpal tunnel release. He is not knife happy. We decided to do a cortisone injection to my wrist instead of surgery.

I felt that Dr Glick was not having a good day and he was taking it out on me and his staff. The first time I meet him 5 years ago he was very nice. He was very disrespectful to his PA and assistant that was in the room with us. I felt he didn’t take my concerns seriously. He has sent me to have a nerve conduction test done. Then he wants me to see him afterwards. I really do not want to go back to see him after my test.

Follow up surgery patients deserve more than two minutes of time. There was no chance to ask questions and no instructions as to activity limitations. I had to ask the nurse. Dr. should talk to the patient, not just the therapist. The appointment was a waste of time. It could have been done over the phone.

Dr. Gluck has helped me sooooo much! He is an amazing dr. He is extremely knowledgeable and very informative in his diagnosis and how he intends to help! I’ve have extreme carpal tunnel and arthritis for a long time. Very painful, Dr. Gluck has taking that away and given me a clear path on how to make it disappear for good! I feel very comfortable with him and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their joints!
