First of all, I saw Dr. DOWD today and he looks a whole lot better than that picture so change picture Doctor DOWD the king… let me see two hip replacements, Assistance with a knee change and more importantly, the caring and experience of an expert!!! A VERY, VERY, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS INDIVIDUAL AND THAT IS DR. DOWD
