James R. Ding, D.O.

Dr. James R. Ding, D.O., is a New Jersey native who was born and raised on the Jersey Shore. He is a graduate of Rutgers University the State University of New Jersey, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Ding completed his residency in Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he trained under world renowned surgeons throughout numerous hospitals in the City of Philadelphia. During his 5th year of residency, Dr. Ding served as Chief Resident where he was able to teach and mentor ENT surgeons in residency.

Dr. Ding is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology — Head & Neck Surgery, American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, and the American College of Surgeons. He has published numerous research articles in peer reviewed journals and presented his research at medical conferences.

As an experienced ENT surgeon, Dr. James Ding treats and provides comprehensive ENT care to a wide range of otolaryngological diseases including, head and neck cancers, sinus surgery, ear disease, professional voice disorders, and sleep apnea including INSPIRE sleep surgery. He has privileges and is on staff at Emory-Johns Creek Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Atlanta (CHOA) and Northside Gwinnett Hospital.
