Dr. Crutcher was unavoidably late, but his PA Kate stepped in to do my pre-op for him. She is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also great “bedside manner.”

I always leave with 1 or 2 questions unanswered.(They're important to me tho not necessarily important from a physician's perspective). It's happened 3 times out of 4 appointments.. I wish he could slow down a bit, signal his imminent departure, and ask "but first, do you have any unanswered questions?" Aside from this I think he's terrific.

He was patient and answered all my questions. I really appreciated his willingness to explain the procedure. His demeanor instilled confidence in me. I am looking at both hips and one knee replacement so my confidence is importantly.
