Outlaw, James Carter DC

J. Carter Outlaw, D.C. joined Gonzaba Medical Group in 2025. He was drawn to Gonzaba because of the Como Familia philosophy, “I truly believe that you have to practice with love and compassion to help people attain their goals.” He became a chiropractic doctor to help his patients return to their normal activities, to allow his patients to spend more time with family, friends, and grandchildren, and to live an active fulfilling life. He prides himself on helping his patients find physical relief and comfort.

Dr. Outlaw attended Parker College of Chiropractic, in Dallas Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Anatomy in 1998, and his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2001. He’s an experienced Chiropractor who specializes in Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, Chiropractic, and Sports Medicine. He’s also experienced in treating chronic headaches, neck and back pain, sports injuries, and non-surgical spinal decompression.

Originally from Beaumont, in southeast Texas, Dr. Outlaw loved growing up near the coast, piney woods, and the delicious Cajun seafood. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running, cooking, the outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
