I was very angry when he entered the room, because I had waited 1 hour and a half before I got sent to the back. When Doctor Calandruccio got through laughing and talking with me, and telling me my hand was ok, and complimented me, I forgot all about my anger. He's the Best. Believe that, Best I've ever seen.
