My visit when better than the first visit. I knew what to expect from the procedure. It's interesting the way medical facilities have changed. There is no custom service. The phone tree. It's a maze that really doesn't get you anywhere. The intake person at front desk. Just the facts of intake behind a screen so they won't become contaminated by guest. There's the doctor who talks about the procedure and you see him maybe 15 minutes or so. The nurse are pretty methodical when they come lead you to the procedure room. Just the facts. Once the procedure is complete you slowly walk up front and you get a little sympathy from the last person you see. You're given your prescription and next appointment. Then you're done. Overall getting this procedure is critical. They are there to help save my life. Billing. It would be a long story of how you're treated. Custom care service is not part of the process. James is great at was he does. During the consult, he was some what curt and direct. The day of the procedure he personality came through, and he had a great bedside manner.

This was the worst medical appointment I’ve ever had. A specific staff member had a horrible attitude and when I expressed this to the Dr. he clearly didn’t care, no apology and no communication that the staff member would be addressed about her unprofessional and tacky behavior. .

Asked questions, reviewed my status, discussed the next step procedure and solutions to overcome discomfort the last time I had this procedure. Then we were done. In about 20-25 minutes. Scheduled procedure for 3 weeks from today's appointment. He is a great Dr. with an excellent staff. Highly recommend.
