Waisting no time ,soon as dr.Sanderlin entered the room,he asked where it hurts,asked me to stand him at my back as I pointed the area that hurts,then layed down(my husband in the room)then examined more to pinpoint exact area of pain.Then conversation continued with my questions,concerns as he also shared plan of treatment which was steroid injection using Kenalog and the dose,( asked me the side effects with my 2 previous knee injections.He mentioned use of heat / cold compress,PT and may use whatever Iam doing to alleviate pain.( Infrared heating pad,ongoing Chiro for 15 months now helping with low back / rt hip,rt knee,neck amy low back/ rt hip pain and needing no narcotic yet,but Tylenol only when neededI ,can't take NSAIDS ( on Xarelto).All drugs have side effects and since he does not endorsed natural supplements like turmeric,omega 3,as a patient you will ultimately take care of self with healthy food and lifestyle changes with supplements if no contraindication.

Dr Sanderlin always puts me back on track. He relives the pain by injecting the steroids from the epidural. Recently being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis the epidural definitely eases the pain for a while. Thank you Dr Sanderlin
