Great Doctor
Excellent job!
I usually don’t see doctor Austin. I usually see the female doctor there. She knows me and not just by looking at a file. She talks to me about things I’m concerned about. Doctor Austin on the other hand did NONE of those things. He said he couldn’t help and when pretty much left the room with me in mid conversation about the other question or concern that I had with my medication and how it either wasn’t working or making the symptoms I had before even worse. Instead he left the room with, me in mid sentence instead of just sending the other doctor in to talk to me or telling me that he could get someone that could get an answer from someone else. He seemed like he didn’t want to even be at work, much less helping patients. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so pushed off by medical staff at a regular doctors office like this. I usually don’t do bad reviews and maybe he really couldn’t help. But he could have at least listened or seem to care considering he’s a doctor and all.
