Dr. Austin and his staff are amazing. They all saved me. Dr. Austin actually took time to listen and examine me. Thanks to his correct diagnosis and sending me to Huntsville ER I was spared from it becoming a critical situation. I will forever be thankful! ♥️

I would give Dr. Austin 1,000 stars if it rated that high!!! He has been my doctor for several years. If you want a kind hearted, patient, great listener, explains everything, never leaves you hanging Christian doctor this is the guy. Thank you James for you and GOD helping me on the right plan. Lots of friendly love to you and your staff. Also, THANK YOU ELIZABETH FOR BEING SO GREAT WITH ME ALL DAY TODAY. RAPID CARE IS BLESSED TO HAVE YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE.

The nurses were PHENOMENAL! Very attentive and kind! Dr. Austin listened and was ready to get me sorted out!
