He seemed rushed. (As always) but more than normal. I get you were packed and running behind, but damn. Spend more than two seconds with the patient and ask more than just "had a period this month? OK so not pregnant then?" All while halfway out the door. Ask if there's anything else the patient needs or has problems with. Even though I've already told triage. But clearly triage didnt tell the drive. Its like there's a lack of communication all around. Today took 5 hrs from the time I stepped in the door and signed in and finally checking out...

Dr. Austin and his staff are amazing. They all saved me. Dr. Austin actually took time to listen and examine me. Thanks to his correct diagnosis and sending me to Huntsville ER I was spared from it becoming a critical situation. I will forever be thankful! ♥️
