Great experience!

Terrific doctor I would recommend him and his clinic to anyone I’ve been a patient of his clinic now for 2 years all the employees from the front desk to the CNP are very friendly and professional towards all the patients that come in

TERRIBLE!!! I could hear both mine and other patients personal information as the staff were reading information out loud into records, since there were only two others sitting there to be seen, we all varied in age, sex and race so we new exactly who’s information belonged to who- and the fact that the younger male in the group failed his drug screen, very unprofessional. Dr. Austin himself made me uncomfortable because while he was talking he stood very close to me & interrupted me and would n’t listen to what I was saying, then ordered a shot for me that I had told him I was allergic to. I had to return for him to schedule an MRI. I was being seen for a hip issue. I returned again after the MRI to get the results and he had ordered an MRI on my BACK and told him I was being seen for my hip, not my back, and he argued with me saying my issue was my back not my hip. I got a referral for a new doctor and I do need 2 hip surgeries!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!

Absolutely an awesome experience, from the intake to discharge. Everyone was very nice and so SO very helpful, I can't say enough about Dr Austin, took his time and made VERY sure that all my questions and concerns where not only discussed but also answered to my satisfaction. If your looking for a caring Doctor that has an Amazing staff you don't need to look any further.
