Incredibly quick, didn’t introduce himself (first time seeing his name was on this review), prescribed meds without explaining why, and didn’t really take time to look at my throat or ask follow up questions. Additionally, I could hear him dictating patient info from my room and that is a major hipaa violation- names, ages, medical history, and suggestions for what to do next.

Really enjoy Dr Austin and his staff. The wait times have gotten to be a lot faster. Highly recommend Rapid Care.

Our appointments were at 12 and 1230. We finally got called back at 1:30. Saw the doctor at two and didn’t leave until about 2:30. That’s uncalled for my mother was hurting. She has a fractured pelvic and it just was not right.

I love this guy. He's straight forward and to the point. He listens to his patients unlike other doctors. He understands that we know our body better than anyone else. Only go here if you want the direct truth.
