Great doctor very thorough

Pretty horrible. Did not get much information nor help nor advice on what to do now nor in the future. He couldn’t look us in the eye, nor offer guidance on his own. He only responded to questions. He then refused to talk to us, after, in the waiting room, literally walking away as I asked serious questions. On non-medical question, he sheepishly said that he was new to the practice and didn’t know how the office worked nor did he have any say/clout. He didn’t offer to help nor look into anything, as he would not stop walking away. As the son of a nurse, both myself and my nurse mother, felt there was little helpful medically, and it was a medically pointless visit in the end. This was a very rare experience

I need to validate what he said about my stroke. I had a heart procedure on Jan 2022 that caused a stroke. He looked at the MRI from 2022 and the most Rex one done 3/2023 he said there was no sign of a stroke.

Felt pushed out

I felt like my medical concerns were dismissed. Instead of fully listening it seemed as if I was wasting his time and he told me this was all typical and to come back for a check up despite personal past history and family history concerns. My follow up appointment was already canceled by your office.
