As a patient I feel very seen and understood by Dr. V. I also feel very confident in her diagnosis and suggestions on how to move forward. She genuinely seems very interested in the comfort and the best outcome for the patient. She’s a great listener and explains medical procedures, practices and assessments very clearly for someone not at all in the medical field. She’s kind, punctual and someone I trust. I’m glad she’s working with me on the issues that persist with my broken hand and would recommend her to any friends and family if they were ever in need of her expertise.

Dr. Vanderzanden is a very professional member of the NEOS team. She has been helping me with my right wrist for several years and the results have always been extraordinary. This visit she not only took care of my wrist but also my right thumb that is referred to as a trigger thumb. She injected it with cortisone and 24 hours later. It's much much better than it was before and no pain. Definitely a five-star experience
