Dr. Vanderzanden is a very professional member of the NEOS team. She has been helping me with my right wrist for several years and the results have always been extraordinary. This visit she not only took care of my wrist but also my right thumb that is referred to as a trigger thumb. She injected it with cortisone and 24 hours later. It's much much better than it was before and no pain. Definitely a five-star experience

She is so good, didn't even feel the injection.
Just concern over upcoming surgery. What does it entails, how long. What is she going to do. Will I have range of motion restore. Will pain which is unbearable right now get better. She did not really talk to me only my sister. I have questions. Will I lose the used of my hand. I cannot tolerate this pain anymore.
Dr. V listened to my concerns, thoroughly assessed me, performed appropriate testing. Although I needed to have surgery, I never felt pressured to have it done; I felt that she respected my input and decisions, and we set a plan together. She is an excellent surgeon and health care professional.
Always a pleasure to be treated by Dr V. She always explains the cortisone process to me in detail.
I went to the wrong location and Dr. V waited for me and took me when I arrived late !!! So nice and accommodating!!!
