Dr. Nichols is terrific! She's always been on time is friendly, listens carefully, is gentle and tells me what she's about to do every step, discusses my options and helps me make informed decisions.
Dr. Nichols is very friendly and easy to talk to. She never makes me feel awkward when I ask questions. She tells me what she thinks is best for my care while still listening if I say no to the suggestion. I feel safe and respected with her. The nurse (whose name I can't remember) was very lovely, even though I was late to my appointment. Dr. Nichols makes me feel comfortable coming back, instead of dreading the annual appointment.
Dr. Nichols was personable and clearly explained things. She gave me time for questions and didn’t make me feel rushed.
She was incredible, I am always a little nervous when going to the doctors but she made the experience super easy and was very present during our appointment. Would totally recommend her to anyone!
